Your work email,
turned into a to-do list.

You check your inbox twenty times a day and still miss things. A quote that went cold. A bill buried under newsletters. Beeylo reads it all and hands you the short list: what to do, for whom, by when. Nothing to set up. Try it free for the first months.

A freelancer in warm morning light, relaxed
Nothing gets buried.

Every email is read. The ones that need you come to the top.

Leads don't go cold.

Someone's waiting on you? Beeylo says so, before it's too late.

You never start from a blank reply.

The answer is already there, in your tone. Change a word, send.

The board

One screen. Three piles.

What needs you. What you're waiting on. What's done. That weight of not knowing what's in there? Gone.

Beeylo has 3 things that need you

Newsletters and notifications don't make it to the board. You do see how many there were.

Running a business is mostly email.

You started because you're good at what you do. Not to spend Sunday evening in your inbox. Chasing a quote. Paying the bill you forgot. Answering the same question for the third time. Somewhere in between, the actual work still has to happen.

How it works

Connect your mailbox. That's the setup.

01

Connect your mailbox

Your own domain, Gmail or Outlook. Address, password, done.

02

Beeylo reads along

Every email becomes a card that says what to do, who's asking, and by when.

03

You work through it

One card at a time. Enter to send, G for done. Then go do the actual work.

What it handles

Bills

Never late again.

Hi Bas, Thanks for getting in touch. To give you a proper ballpark I'd like to know how many products the shop will carry. Best, Kees Jan

Work through it, one card at a time.

One card. The reply is already there. Done? Stamp, next one. Empty pile, and you can drop the inbox for the rest of the day.

Nothing
to set up.

No rules. No folders. No workflows to build on a Sunday. You connect your mailbox once, and from then on your inbox comes to you as a list of things to do, instead of you going to it.

Why we're building this

We built Beeylo for home first. An inbox that sorts itself. Then we used it for our own business mail and the problem changed. It wasn't the amount. It was the weight of knowing there was stuff in there we hadn't dealt with.

Every tool we tried wanted us to set things up first. Folders, rules, automations. We wanted the opposite. A short list of what needs doing today. Do it, get back to work.

That's Beeylo Business.

KKees Jan van Genderen · founder of Beeylo

What it costs

One price a month. Everything included.

No price per mailbox. No extra plan for replies.

  • Your own domain, Gmail or Outlook
  • As many emails and replies as you need
  • Your mail stays yours, stored in Europe
  • Stop whenever you like

First round

Free for the first months

After that, one fixed monthly price. You'll know the number before you pay anything.
