Built-in cabinet for the attic
Hi Sarah,
My sister got a bookcase from you last year and she still loves it, so here I am. We’d like a built-in cabinet in our attic, under the sloping roof, about four metres wide. Floor plan attached. Do you also work in Godalming? We live just outside the centre.
We’re thinking of something light, as the attic is fairly dark already. What kind of wood do you usually use? My wife loves oak, I’m not sure yet. We also wondered how long the installation takes, as we both work from home.
My in-laws stay with us over Christmas, in the attic. Could it be done before then? No disaster if not, we’ll put the bed somewhere else. And roughly what would something like this cost? Just so we know where we stand.
